1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the private transfer and tour booking services offered by Dominican Airport Transport through its website airporttransportdominican.com. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in full.If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.2. Services Provided
Dominican Airport Transport provides private transportation services from and to the main international airports of the Dominican Republic (Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, Santiago, Puerto Plata, La Romana and Samaná), as well as tours and excursions throughout the national territory.Services are booked through our website, by phone at +1 (849) 356-9537, by WhatsApp, or by email at Info@Airporttransportdominican.com. Each booking is confirmed in writing with a reference number.The company reserves the right to subcontract third-party services when necessary to fulfill a booking, always maintaining the same quality standards.3. Bookings and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is considered confirmed only when the customer receives a written confirmation email from Dominican Airport Transport with a reservation number.The customer must provide accurate information at the time of booking, including flight number, arrival time, full name, accommodation address and number of passengers. Any errors in this information may result in additional charges or service delays.For airport pickups, we monitor flights in real time and adjust pickup times automatically in case of delays or early arrivals, at no additional cost to the customer.4. Prices and Payment
Prices quoted at the time of booking are final and include all applicable taxes. Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers.Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. In some cases, such as corporate services or large groups, we may accept a deposit with the balance due on the day of service.No hidden charges apply. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Gratuities for drivers are optional and at the customer's discretion.5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:- Be ready at the agreed pickup time. Drivers will wait up to 60 minutes for airport pickups and 15 minutes for hotel pickups at no additional cost.
- Provide correct flight information and notify any changes immediately.
- Not consume food or beverages that may damage the vehicle upholstery.
- Respect the vehicle's maximum passenger capacity agreed at the time of booking.
- Comply with all traffic laws and instructions from the driver during the journey.
